I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bansko. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially compared to other places in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were friendly and always available to assist, without being intrusive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely views of the mountains. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. They served tea that was handpicked from the nearby Pirin mountain, which added a special touch to the meal.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and there is also an on-site restaurant serving homemade Bulgarian cuisine. the friendly staff is always available to offer advice on nearby hiking trails and other activities.

The parking area is on the street, which can be inconvenient and risky.

The traditional Bulgarian restaurant serves delicious home-made food at very affordable prices and the house wine is a must-try. the owners are flexible with breakfast times, which is a plus if you want to set off early for a day of skiing or hiking.

Although the room was comfortable and clean, the shower stand was a bit worn and we had to be careful not to break it. , it would have been nice if they accepted credit card payments instead of cash only.

Everything was amazing from start to finish! Comfortable room with beautiful view, delicious breakfast, warm and friendly hosts, fantastic hospitality. Highly recommended.

The value for money is exceptional, and the homemade breakfast served in the small family-run taverna is simply delightful.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

This place is perfect for a ski holiday. the homemade food is amazing and there are always new options to try. the proximity to the ski zone is unbeatable, just a few minutes walking. the views of the mountains from the balcony are breathtaking.

The triple room was quite cramped, with a small wardrobe and an old TV. the radiator was also too small to dry all of our ski clothes.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Best aspects were cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious food, and convenient location close to the main attractions. We also appreciated the free parking and transportation service. The breakfast was yummy with locally sourced ingredients.
